ABOUT THE BRAND:

Styled Up is an online clothing brand selling coats, jackets, blazers, dresses, knitwear, and Loungewear for every occasion.

The brand’s About Us page claims it has been an active seller for the last seven years. It does not have any physical stores but the headquarters are located in Bishop Auckland County Durham.

Styled Up aims to be up to date on fashion trends. It produces clothes for women of all shapes and sizes. One can pick the styles that they think would suit their body type.

The brand promises that all its clothes are prepared with high-quality fabric. It has a team of designers and tailors that work together to produce clothes that look good and fit you perfectly.

It also promises that the store has everything a woman needs. So whether you wish to buy a single party or want to update your whole wardrobe, Styled Up is the place for you.

The brand urges people to surf its store and shop till they drop. To see how good its collection is, we went through the most wanted articles.

All the clothes in the section were cute and super trendy. The highest-priced item we found was the Black Natural Fur Hooded Parka Coat.

The original price of the water-resistant parka was £250 but on sale, it was available for only £160. A list of all the prominent features was listed in the pictures.

Styled Up does not disclose where the jacket is prepared but claims the leather and fur are ethically sourced.

The cheapest item, on the other hand, was Black Crew Neck Long Sleeve Bodysuit. The wardrobe essential has sizes ranging from small to extra large, priced at £7.99.

Unlike many other online websites, the brand does not offer interest-free installments. You need to pay the full price when placing an order.

The shipping charges, however, are waived for UK shoppers if they buy products worth £20.

To make people understand how important it is to store and wash their clothes properly, the brand has a care guide section.

It lists all the Dos and Donts of washing, storing, and ironing clothes bought from Styled Up.

STYLED UP EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

Styled Up mentions in clear words that it does not offer exchanges. One can either keep the bought items or send them back by paying a return fee.

Any item sent back for a refund must be in its original packaging with the tag intact. If the item has been stained or torn during the trial, it does not qualify for a refund.

REVIEWS ABOUT STYLED UP:

In today’s world, no brand can get away with sending poor-quality items because people are quick to post their experiences online.

Reviews play a major role in building a good brand reputation. To see how good Styled Up is doing, we looked up reviews on several websites.

The brand’s Facebook page has a 2.2-star rating which is pretty low for a brand that claims to sell high-quality apparel.

Most of the bad reviews on Facebook are related to refunds. The customers have paid the return fee but haven’t received the money.

One buyer wrote that it cost her £9 to return an item. Two months into it, she is still waiting for Styled Up to get back to her emails. No one has replied and it seems like she won’t be getting her money back.

Another buyer who bought a £65 coat from the brand is unhappy about the slow refund process. She wrote that no one is answering her on Facebook or email and her money is still stuck with the brand.

It seems like the quality of the products is not good either. A man wrote that he ordered a jacket worth £160 but it came in broken.

He returned it immediately but several months later he is still waiting for a refund.

On TrustPilot, 20 people have reviewed the brand. Only five percent of the reviewers have appreciated the brand, the rest think that Styled Up is disastrous.

The latest reviewer wrote that he is so mad at the brand that he wants to rate it -5. According to him, the brand’s customer service is useless. They haven’t refunded his money and do not reply.

Another angry customer wrote that the company delivered the wrong size which he returned unused in 14 days. Months have passed and he hasn’t received his money.

FINAL VERDICT:

ScamAdvisor has given Styled Up a trust score of 63. It claims that the company has a valid SSL certificate, is marked safe by a DNS filter, and checked for malware.

This makes sense. So we can say that Styled Up’s website is legit and safe to surf but considering the poor customer service, it is best not to order from it.
